Despite the Covid-19 epidemic, Taffy Mail is still accepting orders. Payments are still being taken on the 1st of each month, but whilst our usual shipment date would be the 15th, we’ve found over the last few months that we’ve suffered delays from our suppliers, slower packing times due to being able to fit fewer people in the warehouse, and then delays with shipping through Royal Mail. As a result, we’ve found that despite our best efforts, boxes have typically been shipping closer to the 18th, and are taking slightly longer to arrive. We’re still sending a notification upon shipping, so keep an eye on those junk folders!

How It Works
1. You Subscribe
Simply hit subscribe and enter your address and payment details. Subscriptions for Taffy Mail close on the 1st of every month. New subscriptions are then open on the 2nd of every month!
2. We Curate & Send
We curate a selection of awesome American sweets and treats to put in your Taffy Mail. From Hersheys to Runts, you’ll have your favourites plus many added surprises each month for you to try!
3. You Enjoy
Your Taffy Mail is shipped from our UK-based warehouse on or before the 15th of every month. We aim to have it delivered to your door within 3-5 working days. Enjoy it and spread the word!

When will my Taffy Mail be dispatched?
We send out Taffy Mail boxes via Royal Mail on or before the 15th of every month. We aim to have them delivered to you within 3-5 working days.
Can I send Taffy Mail as a gift?
Of course you can! To send Taffy Mail as a gift, simply enter your recipient’s address details (instead of yours) when checking out. Enter your payment information and we’ll make sure Taffy Mail is sent to your recipient.
Where can I manage my plan?
You can manage your plan by heading here and entering the email address you signed up with. You will be sent a link where you can log in and update the recipient’s name, address, email address and billing information associated with your subscription.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, made secure via Stripe.
How do you process the recurring monthly charge?
You will not be charged until the 1st of each month. For example, if you sign up on the 19th of August, you will not be charged until the 1st of September. Your payment information in secured and encrypted via Stripe. Every month on the 1st, your payment information will be charged for your subscription.
How do I change my subscription?
No problem! If you would like to change your subscription to a different sized Taffy Mail, just simply cancel your current subscription and then sign up again to the plan you would like.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go! If you would no longer like to receive Taffy Mail, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the email address you signed up with and we will process your cancellation for you. Please ensure you email us at least 48 hours before your next payment is due, to allow us enough time to cancel your subscription.
How do I update my payment information and/or address?
When you subscribe or when a payment is made, you will receive an email with a personalised link where you can update your payment information and/or address. Please ensure you email us at least 48 hours before your next payment is due, to allow us enough time to update your subscription.
